What is a license and why should I purchase one?
A license is a legally binding mechanical license agreement which permits you to create one master recording to an instrumental and distribute it worldwide within terms of the agreement. The license will enable you to register a “℗” (Sound Recording Copyright) for your Master Recording. Every lease contains the highest quality MP3 & WAV files without the tags, along with the agreements. You will not need to worry about any copyright infringements or owed mechanical royalties to the producer. Mechanical profits are totally exclusive to you from the song you create. For example, if you were to buy the “Basic” License for £19, then put your recorded song on iTunes with the price set at £0.99. You are licensed to distribute up to 2,500 copies, which means you would rake in a return of £2445.05!
Can I get my money back if I don’t use a beat?
There is a strict NO REFUND policy on digitally delivered products (Due to possible exploitation and copying of the media files.). The beats are audible in the store. All beats can be heard and downloaded as tagged versions before purchase. As a result, all sales on digital downloadable goods are final and we cannot offer a refund for something we cannot take back. By making a purchase you have agreed to these terms and conditions. You need to take care and make sure that you order the right beats. It is therefore also not possible to change beats afterwards if your license document has already been issued.
When and where will I receive files when I have made a purchase?
All purchases are automated and you will receive the stated files of the license instantly, along with the License Agreement stating your name, date and the name of the beat acquired. Ensure your payment email inbox is accessible and also check your junk / spam folder for the download links.
